1. Who we are

Codiro Desk is provided by Codiro BV, Balgweg 6, 1764 KB Breezand, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce 71320180, VAT NL858668221B01). Questions: aron@codiro.io.

2. The service

Codiro Desk is a help desk: it imports email from mailboxes you connect, turns it into tickets, and lets your team answer them. Optional AI features classify mail, filter spam, suggest and (if you switch it on) send replies. You decide which mailboxes, websites and documents you connect.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the people you invite and for keeping logins safe. You may only connect mailboxes and websites you are allowed to use. Don't use the service for spam, unlawful content or to break other systems.

4. AI features

AI output can be wrong. Suggestions are checked by your team before sending. When you enable auto-send, replies are sent without a person checking them, under your responsibility; such emails say they were written by an AI assistant. You can switch AI off at any time.

5. Trial, plans and payment

New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, through Mollie, at the prices shown under Settings › Plan & usage (excluding VAT). You can stop any time; the workspace then keeps working until the end of the paid month, and nothing is refunded for part of a month. When a payment fails we let you know and the workspace keeps working for 7 days; after that it is paused until paid. Incoming mail keeps being collected while paused.

6. Your data

Your tickets, contacts and files remain yours. We process them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy, which acts as our data processing agreement. You can export everything or delete your workspace yourself at any time (Settings › General), and erase a single customer's data (Contacts).

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and backed up, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event, except for intent or gross negligence.

8. Changes and ending

You can stop at any time. We announce material changes to these terms at least 30 days in advance. Dutch law applies; disputes go to the competent court in the district of Noord-Holland.
