Questions
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The trial runs 14 days with everything included: up to 2 users, 2 mailboxes and 300 AI requests. Afterwards you choose a plan; mail keeps coming in the whole time.
Which email works?
Any mailbox with IMAP and SMTP: an address on your own domain at your hosting provider, or Gmail and Google Workspace with an app password. Mail stays in your mailbox too, and replies thread properly in Gmail and Outlook.
Does the AI answer customers by itself?
Only if you switch on Autopilot. By default the AI writes a draft that a person sends. With Autopilot it only answers when it is confident, never to upset customers, never from private mailboxes and never more than a few times per ticket before a person takes over.
What happens with spam?
Your server's spam filter does the first pass, then an AI check on everything that gets through. Spam is quarantined, never deleted unseen, so nothing important is lost.
Can I keep personal mail private?
Yes. Private mailboxes are only visible to their owner, also for admins, in search, files, counts and reports.
Where is my data?
On servers in the Netherlands. Mailbox passwords are encrypted, your mail is never sold or used to train AI models, and you can delete everything any time.
